FASHION FRIDAY {ACE THE ATTIRE}

Friday, December 26, 2014

New Years is right around the corner and with all the chaos from Christmas finding a dress to ring in the new year can be tough.  While we love us a good sparkle and glitzy dress we also love a more neutral sophisticated look for all the holiday parties and get-togethers.  Asymmetrical dresses have been all over Pinterests, Wanelos, and even the fashion run-ways.  The polished cut gives your legs a longer leaner look, while keeping a classy look.  We've seen some of our favorite celebs rocking this dress out on the streets as well!  Go bold this New Years Eve and step away from the comfort of sequins and glitter and stick to a neutral... also it's great to wear throughout the winter season rather than just a one time of year attire!  Which look do you like best?

Creating the perfect closet is basically an art.  Although all women share a love for clothing we don't all have the same budgets and can't always spend a lot of money on certain items.  We have created a list of staple pieces to invest in to make the most out of your wardrobe.

1. Fitted Blazer
A blazer is such a versatile piece that can be worn to different events, and be styled in so many different ways.  We love to put a graphic tee under our blazers!

2. Little Black Dress
EVERY and we mean EVERY woman NEEDS a little go-to black dress in her closet.  They can be worn all times of the year, and perfect for layering.

3. Prestigious Denim
Denim is a great staple piece because of how many ways they can be styled and they are comfortable!  Maca is known for the best denim in town, and we are LOVING this new line of Pistola denim! And of course we pick ripped up jeans as our favorite staple piece because that's MACA STYLE!

4. Button Down Shirt
Finally, make sure to have a button down shirt hanging in your closet.  We love it for all year long as well.  Use it as an accessory by tying it around your waist, or layer it up for a trendy look.
